At SAMTOURS, we strive to provide exceptional experiences for our customers. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. Our refund policy is designed to be as straightforward and fair as possible.
Cancellation and Refund Conditions
Cancellation by Customer:
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the scheduled tour date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days prior to the scheduled tour date will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the scheduled tour date will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellation by SAMTOURS:
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule for a future date.
Non-Refundable Deposits:
Certain tours may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This will be clearly stated during the booking process and in your confirmation email.
Changes to Bookings:
Requests to change the date or details of a booking must be made more than 15 days prior to the scheduled tour date. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, they are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
No-Show Policy:
No refunds will be given for no-shows or late arrivals. Please ensure you arrive at the designated meeting point on time.
